The MES Evaluation & MfDR Seminar is by invitation only.

The MES developing countries' networking seminar is a regular feature of the MES Conferences. During every conference, day 5 of the conference is devoted to strengthening the evaluation networks of developing countries from the region and internationally. These seminars have focused themes and topics and focus a lot of attention on the issues being faced by developing countries particularly with regard to aid effectiveness and MfDR.

Participation in this seminar is open to participants from developing countries but in order to keep the numbers to a reasonable level, only 1 or 2 participants from each country are typically invited. Donor agencies' representatives are also invited to participate in these seminars. In the past, all major donor entities have participated in these seminars together with representation from about 15-20 countries.
