The MES 2010 Conference featured some prominent speakers and topics related to Managing for Development Results (MfDR) and Integrated Results-Based Management (IRBM). This was in line with the overall theme of the Conference with its special focus on evaluation and IRBM within a MfDR environment.

Besides the main keynote speakers, several other prominent evaluation and IRBM experts presented papers and post-conference workshops were held. The keynote speakers were as follows:
